Chief Governance Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary since July 12, 2006.  Prior thereto, interim chief executive officer from January 28, 2005 to July 12, 2006, president from August 1, 2003 to January 28, 2005, executive vice president and corporate secretary from March 1, 1999 to September 30, 2003, and various officer capacities in the Company's former subsidiaries beginning in January 1997. Mr. Adams earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1989, Master of Science degree in Business Administration in 1990 and Juris Doctor Degree in 1995, from Nova Southeastern University, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
